where or when can prophecy made characters change secondary profession to Dervish or paragon in NF?

Speak to Dunkoro in the Command Post and take this mission :-

Once completed, speak to Lonai to get the reward and then you'll find the Profession Changer in The Command Post.

Little note at the bottom of that page, you have to be ascended in your continent for it to work.

or just goto the battle isles and talk to the profession changer there once nightfall is added to your account
